Every time I visit the Arrowhead location there is always a wait. At least 4-6 minutes.

I requested for the associate to clean my bracelet, and it was given back to me not cleaned well at all. I purchased a new charm and it was placed on my bracelet to where it would not be safe if the clasp had opened. .

My charms are fading after continuous wear and was told I can only replace once. I was made to wait for a long time to while the woman who were eight were taken care of right away, even after employees being available I still had to wait.

The assistant, I think her name was Cindy, nails were so long she couldn’t grip the spacers/charms! I was told not to touch anything, but she couldn’t open a clasp or attach the spacers! Her knowledge of the products lacked info and I had to explain it to my friend!

I was looking a piece and the sales rep just took it off the top of the case and took it away. I told her I was looking at it but she still put it away

I had a order pick up placed and nowhere on the purchase did it say I would have to wait 2+ hrs to pick up my product with other people that were waiting to get inside the store to make a purchase. You guys should designate one associate for online order pick up. Specially for the holidays.

The girl was helping me and my husband let us there for 56 minutes while she was using her phone. The employees were arguing each other so disrespectful and not helping the customers at all. At the end we left with just one bracelet and 3 charms when we supposed to shop for the holidays presents. I love pandora but unfortunately the last experience was really dissatisfied

Have no idea why you would think I wasn't absolutely satisfied with my visit. I must have answered something wrong. I love Pandora, their products & choices. And sales people always gracious.
