I was very satisfied with my visit. My sales girl was knowledgeable & made several suggestions. I even bought more then planned since my gal was so nice & the selection was so good.

I visited your store located in arrowhead mall and was assisted by an associate named Myriam, on my second visit Myriam assisted me it was the worst experience I've had to put up with from a sales associate, she was outright rude, would huff and puff anytime we asked to see an item, was not helpful with sizing, would practically throw the items we requested on the table, at a point she talked back when I asked what size the bracelt she brought was by stating "I don't know it's the size you asked for" By the time we were done with this insane transaction she gave me my total, took my card swiped it then stated "I emailed your reciept" and walked away. Not even a thank you, not even a have a nice day nothing... You can pull up my information if you'd like jahfhernandez@gmail.com, I spent neary $400 on gifts this day, I don't need to be thanked, nor does it need to be acknowledged but I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, all of which your associate Myriam failed to do, I would highly suggest some sort of training be provided Myriam on at least the basic understanding of customer sevice etiquette.
