I appreciate when a salesperson knows what they are talking about and can assist with an issue with a bracelet. It is nice to walk into a store and get help immediately.

My SA (Derya E) was very kind and very helpful. I went into the store because my bracelet of 6 years got lost. I’m glad she took the time to help me look through and find the charms I previously had. While I was sad to learn that a lot of my charms were discontinued. She was very helpful in showing me which charms resembled my old ones. I walked out of the store with my new sparkly bracelet and charms!
