The Arrowhead store was a little low staff. You had 2 sweet young ladies trying there best to get to everyone. So the wait time was a little too long than I would have liked. But the outcome of the service was very satisfying. Thank you Ladies for having such a positive attitude when others didn’t.

Originally I had went to the store to get my bracelets cleaned. I was kindly greeted by Yasmine who gave me an estimate on how long it would take for her to clean them. While waiting my sister and I looked at the new charms. I ended up purchasing a new charm and safety chain. Thank you Yasmine for all your help and wonderful customer service. I'll be back!
