I was notified about the wait before entering and asked if it was something I could do. The staff was friendly and bubbly. Listening to staff talk to other customers showed their knowledge about the jewelry.

Karolina was very knowledgeable sales person. She made my first experience and my first purchase an ease. She gave me great advice on maintaining me sterling silver in good condition.

Amanda our sales associate was very helpful, friendly and attentive.

Emma as well as the store manager Hannah were very friendly and helpful during my visit. They accommodated me when they didn’t have to and I really appreciated it! They took time to spend with me during my shopping and exchange process and Emma helped me with engraving options and was very knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely visit again when in the area. It was the best Pandora store experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!

Everyone at the store was very friendly and welcoming. They asked if we were ok when we were looking but let us look as needed but then answered questions when we were ready to shop. They helped with insights on what we may like and displayed the jewelry well. Multiple people were willing to help as well and it never felt pressure to purchase.
