I didn’t know what to expect there because it’s my first time to be there as a customer and I was worried I won’t be entertained well since it’s almost closing time but I was assisted well by Natalie. She helped me with the products I wanted to check out and try on and she was really nice with helping me choose between yhe designs I was looking at. She helped me choose my first ring stack too. Really happy with my pre-birthday purchase.

The sales rep went beyond helping. I love Princess and The Frog and since there aren’t any charms of Ray the firefly, she was able to find a firefly that resembles Ray and glows in the dark. I’m addition to finding the charm with the star Evangeline who Ray loved so much. She made my day more than she could have possibly imagined.

I felt really welcome to coming in the store and was greeted by fellow employees. The employees helped me to what I was looking for and to what I wanted to get.
