It was Elizabeth’s customer service. She went above and beyond helping me. She even helped style and match my purchases. Plus she did not make me feel uncomfortable when having to try on sizing of jewelry.

I recently tried to do an exchange at the Brea Mall location (that was closer to me) and they immediately me that I could not do it and that I needed to talk to the store where I BOUGHT the specific charm. From the MOMENT I stepped foot in the South Coast Plaza location I knew I was going to be helped. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted (something that did NOT happen in Brea) and assured I would be helped and that an exchange would not be a problem at all! This location is VERY busy but the team here is so personable with each guest and makes sure people aren’t waiting around. LOVE THIS STORE!!

I loved that there was enough sales people to serve each person. There was sizes for every item in stock. I loved the service of the lady that helped us.

I decided to visit Pandora during my lunch break, which is across the street. I was very satisfied with the service, and the time the sales associate took to show different kinds of jewelry. I let her know an idea of what I liked and she demonstrated options. She made my shopping experience very helpful and fun!
