I got home and my ring was fine but when I woke up I found that three stones had already fell out. It sealed like a waste of money because now I have to drive back to fix a ring I got yesterday

This wait was painfully slow even though people were exiting the store. The person helping did not seem experienced with look things up. I ended looking things up myself on-line. I just wanted to leave at that point.

As soon as I walked in there was zero greeting from both associates on the sales floor. I was looking around while Monica the sales associate was just standing nearby without saying anything. When she finally started “helping” me she had a bad attitude. She wasn’t what you would think a customer service person would be like. I asked her if the jewelry boxes that they were giving out were still available and with zero energy in such a low voice she said that they were out. I was going to buy 5 charms in total but I just was not satisfied with her customer service that I just left with one charm. I left very unsatisfied with this location’s customer service.

The merchandise was ordered on line. First Time it was worn the clasp broke. Decided that I would require a refund. Had receipt, but associate demaned that I was only allowed a replacement.

The sales clerk was somewhat rude and not listening to my request of making two separate transactions. She just treated it as one transaction splitting into 2 payments! She did not try to honor my request and just completely ignored it. There were no smilings or saying thank you me when handed me the purchase. Its was one if the worst service i had in a long time...

service was appalling. was not greeted or helped from the start. other people got assistance right away. no regard for customers in store. manager/greeter had terrible attitude.

Fatima C was extremely rude the entire transaction. I had placed a pick up order and then wanted to look for additional charms. I asked if they had the black panther charm and she said yes. I also asked to look at cute spacer charms for my bracelet. She replied “So you want me to pull out those after I just pulled out the marvel one? Are you done looking at it?” And I said that I was only interested in the black panther charm to begin with, not the entire tray she pulled out. I proceeded to purchase the black panther charm and a spacer charm. I asked if the charm I picked out online could be in the box and the two I purchased for myself be placed in the paper bag Pandora gave me for the online order. I told her that one was a gift so I wanted it in the box. She proceeded to wrap the ones I told her I didn’t want wrapped as they were for me. I told her they didn’t need to be wrapped AGAIN. I paid and then had to ASK for the BOX that I was supposed to get in the first place. I will NEVER return to this location due to her rude and hasty attitude to a paying customer. I will order my charms online only

We went to the store and there was no customers but we weren’t welcomed. We didn’t get assistance when looking around. She didn’t ahow the enthusiastic when communicated with us didn’t seem to want to “sell things”, let alone did she smile once.

I was told about the sale “spend $135.00 and get a free bracelet. My issue lies with the very friendly lady helping me. She told me I had to sign up for a card to get the free gift: I was a bit taken a Ake because that’s not what the poster in the doorway of the store said however I am a first time customer so I didn’t know. I was hesitant because I did not want my credit ran. The lady helping me Joodit said it would not affect my credit. WELL IT DID. I have great credit and am in the mist of refinancing so even though I didn’t want a card, didn’t even use the card I still got the hit in my credit which instantly jeopardized my refinancing. My lender called me about it before I could even make it out the mall. Very disappointed in the outright dishonesty or the lack of information on the employees part. Providing customers with incorrect information can greatly impact someone’s life outside. Now I have to resolve this with my bank and hope my loan still goes through. This experience has turned into a nightmare. I am returning everything. I don’t want to be a Pandora customer. Every time I look down at the beautiful bracelet I’ll remember this flipping experience! NO THANK YOU!
