I was sized wrong for my first charm bracelet, Yazmin P was too busy talking instead of properly helping me. I was given a necklace that was most likely a return. When I went back the manager kept giving me attitude and refuse to help me.

The experience with the staff including the assistant store manager was unpleasant. Yazmin helped me with the earrings but I’ve never seen how earrings are just treated so poorly and placed on the table with no tray or cloth. Ive gotten this as a gift and when I did a return the assistant store manager was really rude to me. The store had no customers and were fully staffed with 4 employees and they were just all chatting and has no intention to work.

It took almost 30 minutes for someone to help me. There was 4 employees busy. I waited for one of them and I asked if she could help and she relpied no I'm going to lunch. The store is so small and no one helped me.
