Sales associate Antonia Z made me feel more like a thief than a customer. I had to ask her if she was new because I visit this location on a regular basis and never had the bad experience before

I was not pleased with associate Chrysalin. Not friendly, demeaning in her responses to my questions.

The person who helped me meena was great. It was the store manager chrysalin..she was very abrupt and short...not friendly. Almost like She was demeaning.

I purchased a bracelet as a birthday present for my daughter and I returned to the store 30mins later to exchange it for a bigger size and the store manager refused to exchange because my daughter had tried it on already and the bracelet was now considered used.

Poor customer service.....not very receptive no one smiled new staff......the store didn't know about wish list ...I had purchased earrings and was told it was final sale however the back of the earrings was tarnished and I was told by Antonia cause it was on display...but no mention of will clean it for u or let's see about a discount...I ended up returning the item. ...Antonia mentioned I will receive a refund...I hope so it was 59.81 ....I don't know it was such a disappointment cause the service tends to get worse amd worse at pandoras...come to find out it's new staff....poor service
