The manager is always friendly as well as the sales associates. This is one of my favorite Pandora stores. I only shop at three of the Pandora stores because I love the sales associates at Promenade Mall in Temecula, Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills.

Deanna was very nice and patient while we decided which jewelry we would take home. She helped with a variety of selection. She gave good infor on the prices and how to use the cleaning solution .

The salesperson met me with a smile and patiently explained the products to me. She was very helpful as I had ordered online and couldn't figure out how to attach the safety chain to my bracelet. She helped me without condescension. She was very professional. I will return to this store again,
