The Worker was extremely nice I liked her we got along we laughed she helped me pick out a perfect ring for me and helped my mom with a necklace

Chrysalin was amazing very high energy. Chrysalin was very informative. Cbrysalin very funny and friendly.

They were already out of the gift with purchase jewelry box. I had tried calling twice before I drove there but no one ever answered.

The workers at the Temecula one they’re not friendly they never smile. It seems that they don’t even want to help you at all.

Unfortunately the store was out of stock on two items I wished to purchase.

I went to Pandora on my lunch break. There was already a person there being helped by the only associate. I was greeted while browsed the store for about 10 minutes. The other customer started to apply for a credit card and the associate just stood there for a few minutes before helping me. When she did help me, she knew exactly what I was looking for and got me out of there in 10 minutes.

This was a simple process. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. We will return to this store for a family members birthday in the next couple of days.

The manger could be a little standoffish.

The sales associate who was assisting me was asking her fellow co worker to assist us and she didn’t. I felt as though it was rude the sales associate who was helping was trying her best to assist everyone and greet everyone who walked in so I understand why I wasn’t receiving the best service however if the other employee was a little more engaged maybe my overall service could’ve been better

The size I needed was not available in 3 different bracelets. More inventory of popular size is to be available.
