So this was a gift and I was very indecisive. I was glad the sales associate was patient and helped me out throughout the process. I thanked him and even apologized for taking so much time, but he did not complain once.

I was traveling to San Diego, and I wanted to stop and pick up a charm representing San Diego during my visit. I located a store via mapquest. The store didn't have a variety of San Diego charms to choose from, but at least I could get one.

It was a wonderful shopping experience. Jaynellan assisted me in my purchase was super helpful super knowledgeable. I had questioning about sizing and was able to show me the same bracelet in 2 different sizes to assist with me making my decisions. I bought a bracelet and 4 charms amazing experience!!
