I received a bracelet as a birthday gift from my brother who lives in another State, it was too small and the slip that came w/the bracelet said an exchange would ne possible in store, at first one associate said it would not be possible unless I had the email receipt, of course I wouldn’t have that, it was sent as a gift all I had was the only invoice it came with, then another associate by the name of Ana smiled, took over and was able to exchange the bracelet without further issue.
