The selection of the merchandise was great, but still it took a few minutes for ant store associate to acknowledge me in the store.

I did like that they had the bracelet that I was looking for that was said to be not in stock online. I was glad I was able to get my bracelet. Wasn’t able to find another one I was looking for and wasn’t told if they would be having them anytime soon.

My sales girl Vanessa was awesome! Loved her friendliness and positive energy. She kept me in the store and helped me decide on a gift. My only complaint about the shopping experience was that the store was out of sizes on several pieces. So what I came in to purchase, was not what I ended up purchasing. I was shopping for a gift and had to change decisions due to lack of stock. I would have preferred to shop online, get what I wanted, and save myself time. Also, I signed up for emails for a 10% coupon but that did not apply to in store shopping. No where on the website does it say the coupon only works online. Online shopping would have saved me time and money. I prefer to shop in store for jewelry though.

They did not have San Diego charms they told me they do not make them anymore They did not have sea lions charms They did not have La Jolla charms They did not have padres charms Overall the did not have any San Diego themes charms

Sales associates not that “friendly” , very serious not willing to interact

My friends and I were getting matching rings and the sales associate who checked us out told us that we could order in store as one of the sizes we needed was not in stock. Once we approached the counter she let my friend pay and then handed them a ring of another person, we corrected them saying we needed to order the correct size. They then proceeded to tell us that the store couldn’t order the ring for us, that we had to do this on our own. This kind of put a damper on the experience as we were there celebrating my friend’s birthday, who was the one needing to order the correct ring size. I think the sales associate should be a little more up to date on the actual duties the store can complete, rather than bringing up solutions that are not available.

The sales associate lied about what was special to the area. She said something I purchased was only available in San Diego, but the turtle could be purchased back home.
