The sales associate were not very friendly nor helpful. It took the associates awhile to even asked us if we needed anything. When we were asked if we needed help, the sales associate that helped us seemed like she was unhappy. I asked to see if I could see the items on display but I was told I could only see it through the glass incasement. Some of the items I wanted, the store didnt have, but no help if the other stores had it. I don't need smiles or apologies, but at least be friendly. It was not a great experience at all.

The lady who helped me in the store was not helpful and her attitude towards me was very unbothered. It seemed as if she didn’t want to be helping me. Would reply to my questions with the bare minimum effort and didn’t offer alternatives or advice to what I was looking for.

The assosiate was really bad attitud. Were im from thers no pandora so i drive 2hrs to arrive the closest pandora to buy a gift and clean my actual pandora. The service was really bad he even didnt wants to clean my bracelet he sad that the cant clean it beacuse of the promo, i told him that i wast buing promo thats none of my bussines and he keps telling me no. He do ugly faces all the time, his name was angello and it was ok fashion valley at san diego.

The sales associate Jessica, was not very outspoken or helpful when it came to product knowledge or guest engagement. Her attitude was not welcoming, and her assistance with the purchase was confusing and incorrect.

This is the 3rd time I go in to request a cleaning and they always say they are too busy. I went in today to see about getting a ring replaced that I purchased last month due to a stone missing. Kylie M and her manager where super unhelpful. I asked if her manager could make an exception and she didn’t even come over, she just told her to say no. I let them know I work M-F and can only come on weekends and they pretty much both said sorry too bad. Kylie looked at the ring and said we don’t have your size. Instead of asking if a different size might work. Or provide different options, but she didn’t. I needed to buy my mom a ring and her customer service was terrible, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. She was not helpful at all. I have spent almost a grand within the last 2 months and opened up a credit card, but this lack of customer service really make me want to part ways. Kylie M and her manager need to be retrained in customer service. You just lost a customer.
