I was greeted and helped immediately. I was given availability to everything I asked for whether rings or charms. I was able to make a choice without feeling rushed or judged for any choice or decision I made - it felt welcoming.

Saidah was very helpful and patient with me. I couldn't find the original piece I wanted, but she helped me pick some retiring pieces. And I'm completely in love with and she helped us organize the charms.

Abigail was extremely helpful.

Ms. Saima was super helpful and her customer service was on point.

Associate was cery helpful even when i was undecided about what item i should get. She helped me figure out the right size that i needed even when i did not know.

New store in Katy. Very friendly and problem-solver associates. They know very well their merchandise and guide you to purchase exactly the piece that you are looking for. The attention is so quick and they makes you feel a VIP customer always. I'm a Pandora fan from years ago and I highly recommend the Katy Mills Mall store.

The sales associate, Odell, was very patient and courteous. He was confident in any merchandise I asked him about regarding my charms or bracelet. Odell made great suggestions for my bracelets as well! I will be returning to that location soon.
