Katy mills location does no have the same variety of la centerra location but it’s still a good store, love the fact of 20% off because this is not available at the other nearest location

The associate that helped me didn’t seem like they knew the product very well they ended giving me a smaller bracelet then I needed and I had to end up doing an exchange for a bigger size.

Sale assistant didn’t have knowledge, even the manager was busy chatting with other employee than taking care of customers!!!

Only one associate was at the front with a customer at the moment of my arrival and I have to wait for her to take care of me since there was not more associates available. The associate service was very poor and not friendly at all

This was my overall experience - not at this store but at the La Centerra store in TX I’m visiting out of state. I went to that store with my SIL and the lady working passed me to ask if she needed help. I said am I not standing g here? We are obviously different ethnicities. I told the lady her treatment to me was unacceptable. We didn’t purchase anything - so we came to this pandora and when my sil asked to see a necklace the rep took it out of the bag and when I asked to see one she tried showing me through the bag. I had to ask her to remove it so I could actually see it. Furthermore we were not greeted by her when we walked to the counter. I do not like my purchase of the earrings and will be returning them.

I was kinda ignored and not acknowledged like the other patrons with different skin color. The sales agent greeted, and acknowledged other customers meanwhile I just sat in background waiting to be assisted. Then the customers that were done with their purchase sat and talked with sales associate in front of items making it almost impossible for me to browse other items. And if your sales associate is going to be Bias to people of colored skin, they shouldn’t make it SO OBVIOUS! I should’ve left and not made a purchase!!! I will not go back to that location
