Sales associates were rude and careless. One of them talked to me like if I didn’t know about Pandora items. I bought $359.94 to get the rose gold bracelet that you are promoting as a gift but they gave me a different one.

The store is a outlet store charging full price. I could go to the regular Pandora store.

I payed for the charm. The attendant did not give me it until after i payed. I inspected the charm and saw some sort of spot inside the pandora. I returned it and the attendant was annoyed.

My husband I I walked in, thought the associate didn’t notice us because she didn’t greet us. We stood directly in front of her and she still didn’t even look up. Someone else came out to help us and another client walked in looking for help, that same associate still didn’t acknowledge her until the girl who was helping me told her to help the client. There was also a 20% for 2 or 30% for 3 sale going on but I was not able to purchase any qualifying rings because they were doing inventory, that seems like something that shouldn’t Be a clients issue. I missed an opportunity to buy something else because of a store’s scheduled inventory

Sale associate was not very friendly and also did not have a good grasp of product offerings and pricing associated with product selection. I had to repeat my request for assistance. The visit took longer than expected because she had to look up the price through a binder of images to identify pricing for each of the items i purchased.

The sales associate assisted me with requests, but was unhelpful in regards to providing me details regarding Pandora's promotions or helping me take advantage of the available promotions. The representative told me that I should have planned better in regards to my selections. She didn't want to redo the transaction. I was shocked by her response to me, but I didn't push any further and left with my purchase. To be honest I have seen the lack of representative support at outlet stores at least my last 3 visits. The Pandora stores at the regular malls have been quite helpful and supportive.

Mostly was the sales associate who’s actitud wasn’t friendly and very cold, she wasn’t interested in my story to help me find the perfect charm I just bought and I didn’t love it, so I return and ask for a refund with another person but I could see she was staring at me the entire time

I did end up purchasing but what I really wanted was to available. There was a bracelet that was being advertise in the case but the bracelet was available. When looking for a a few of the bracelets they had no idea whee any thing was as far as the brackets go. I know this is store and all the ladies were super sweet and did their job as best as they could. Just need a little tightening up.

Salesperson was extremely rude and lies. She told me that if i was unsatisfied with my purchase, I was able to return it. I came back after a week asking to return it and she told me that it is not returnable. EXTREMELY RUDE. She did not let me explain and would talk over me. how is someone like this an assistant manager?
