I had to ask for service I was not greeted upon arriving to the store. The manager and the salesperson was standing there talking so I went over and asked if I could get assistance. The salesperson Abigail G No. 229424 did not greet me with a smile and made me feel like she did not want to help me I’m not sure if it was a racist matter but it made me feel a certain way. My experience at the Katy Mills store No 218144 was terrible and I will not return to that store to purchase anything!!!!

When we walked in one girl continued to help her customer, another girl was at the back counter playing with pink paper and did not acknowledge us at all. We tried reaching out for help and as soon as we were going towards the one at the back she immediately greeted a group of customers who were walking in. That itself was entirely rude keep in mind the door for the break room was widely open and we were clearly able to hear and see a few people just standing there talking, while we still had no help. Shortly after walking around 3 times, Faith soon helped us once her customer left although it didn’t seem like she really wanted to help. She was very short with answers and seemed to have an attitude the whole time. After seeing some earrings I wanted I decided to only get those as it seemed to be me selling my own Pandora to myself. I have never had an experience like this at any other Pandora only this specific location NUMEROUS times- today just being my final straw.

The women at this store were not typical Pandora. It felt like “knock off” vibes. At 5:40 they were not letting anyone else in stating they were closed. I let them know (on behalf of the 3 customers turned away) that others in mall via phone and in person (and website) stated 7pm close. The manager’s response was the mall had recently sent out notification to tenants about 6pm close. Even still, why turn away customers 20 minutes eaely. I heard the Manager mention something to Emily (my sales associate) about somw numbers or inventory being due tomorrow. I had a full bracelet on ($1500+ estimate) and spent $200 on others. One would think associates would try to give decent service. Not once did Emily suggest returning when not busy when I commented how dirty my bracelet was as I checked to see which sister charm I already had. The store is a 2/10 compared to the 10/10 service I have received at Memorial City in Houston. TX, First Colony in Sugarland, TX and Coastal Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC. Even the small DFW airport store excels a 10/10 compared to this mall location.

The sales associate was awesome and very helpful. I was not satisfied with how long I had to wait in line. I think during the Holiday season that Pandora needs to hire more staff. It shouldn’t have to be a hour or more wait time just to get in the store. Unbelievable!! Once I did leave my legs were hurting real bad for standing in a long line.

The sales associate abigail was very rude. No acknowledgment of me being there. I went up to say hello and she didnt respond back. I felt so unwelcomed. And she treated us like we were theives. I have shopped over $500 worth of jewelry from that store this week. Will never go back.
