Sales representative was rude and doing us a favor by attending us. When browsing around a very simbolic pandora gift and asking to see some options to choose she was bad educated saying “vas a comprar o no”

The sales associate, Juanita, did not give me all the charms I bought. I believe she stole it. I bought four and only received three. The manager was not going to give me my money back until I got angry. Ultimately she did, but Juanita at the sawgrass mills mall in FL stole my love pasta charm and it was the last one there so I could not get another one. I was very upset. Juanita also offered to clean my bracelet and broke one of the charms then tried to hide it. I had to demand she fix it properly. It was an awful experience.

So i shopped twice in the past 2 days and both sales associates were talking to other people while working with me and giving me an attitude . Also on the first day the lady was giving my merchandise to another customer when i wad paying for everything because it was MY purchase and almost let me walk out the store without paying for my stuff ! I had to remind her that i had to pay because she was too busy talking to some customer she knew from school . Its very unprofessional and I will be returning all my purchases.

Fui atendido por la assistant manager (kia) y en verdad la actitud fue realmente desagradable… al momento de realizar la Compra le pedí asesoría a lo que me dijo:”tenemos más de 9.000 charms, no le puedo recomendar ninguno”… la experiencia fue tan mala, al punto que le comenté a kia que me sentía súper mal atendido… a lo que me respondió : “yo me quiero ir ya a mi casa… “

Personal poco amable y para nada eficiente. Mucha espera, y poco disponibilidad del personal de la tienda.

The charm that I purchased was the white iridescent 14k gold murano charm. When I took it home it was too big and bulky compared to my other murano charms. I just wasted my money on another expensive charm that is not refundable.

El precio q tenia la cadena era $45 y al pagar me cobraron $68 que porq pusieron mal el precio en el mostrador, desafortunadamente tuve q pagAr mas porq era un encargo, pero me sentí engañada. Insisti en q el precio era 45 q mire q ahí decía y solo me dijo lo siento fue un error y ese no es el valor correcto.

Las personas de la tiendas muy formales, excelente atención la lead muy servicial.
