I waited outside for the store to open and exactly 10 am it was. The associate was very pleasant which is a big deal for me. Got a good deal as well.

Sebastian the store manager was an absolute delight and his staff was so helpful. This is my favorite Pandora store I came all the way from Tallahassee just to shop there.

They exactly what I needed

I’ve never purchased anything from pandora. A girl at work had a beautiful ring on and I fell in love with it, she told me she got it at pandora and I said reallly? So I walked in the lady asked my ring size but I had no idea 😆 I never buy anything for myself but I promised my kids this year I would. Anyways she measured my finger and showed me all the rings they had in my size. I was in and out in ten minutes ! So many compliments on my ring at work today. So happy

The associate made me aware of a policy that I wasn’t aware of when it came to the charm’s. He was able to check my purchase history to make sure I was satisfied before leaving
