Friendly staff, ambience upon entering lobby & inside, knowledge of products being used. I asked my Esthetician to explain each step as she was applying to my face & she did that for me.

Liz is always very informative and ensures that we talk about any problem areas I may have. She always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed after each visit.

I know my massage therapist and feel comfortable with him and his ability to provide me relief. Location is convenient for me. Like the available additional products to be used during my massage.
