Therapist did an excellent job communicating and setting expectations as well as encouraging feedback as necessary. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful first experience at this spa.

My stress level has been very high as a caregiver to a parent. My skin has need a lot more moisture as I age. The spa was a great experience, my skin felt so great and my stress level was reduced by spending and hour being pampered.

It had been over 3 years since I had a massage. I’m so glad I found Hand and Stone. The process of booking an appointment, although it was last minute was absolutely amazing!

How quickly I was able to get an appointment. The massage was wonderful. The therapist was nice and helpful. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable.

My massage therapist paid attention to the area of my body that was in distress and had confidence to work with it rather than avoiding it. His abilities filled me with confidence so that I did not have to worry about the situation. Overall I was relaxed and happy by the results.

Everything get very clean and in good condition. All employees were kind, welcoming, and well informed. I felt invited to make another appointment and buy products, but not overly pressured.

The receptionist, who was filling in, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My therapist was the BOMB!! 1st time here and I will come again
