I was highly satisfied with my experience. Olivia is awesome! Jessica is great!

It's nothing bad our services and experience was just on a satisfactory level.. We didn't leave with a I'm definitely coming back feel. I wanted my boyfriend to get the wow factor from the massage and overall experience and I don't think he did. It was his first time ever getting a professional massage.

I would like the massage therapist and the facial provider to take a minute and give an overall idea of what the service entails. For example, with a facial experience I expected some arm and hand treatment but didn’t receive it. I was not asked if I wanted any upgrades.

The aesthetician did a great job. I do not care for the products available to purchase at hand and Stone. The receptionist on the phone did not know how to answer my question about preparing for my appointment prior to my Arrival the day before. The receptionists that we're working the day I arrived we're complaining about what was required of them in their job.

The massage therapist was great and very kind. However, the ambiance was more like a med spa. It wasn’t very relaxing. There was no transition area, sauna, refreshments offered or anything like other spas I’ve been to. Again I love the massage therapist.

It was my first time there. There is always room for improvement with every business or service. So I didn’t want to give the highest score yet. it was a great experience. Looking forward to coming back next month

I thought it was fine. If I did not experience any more aches after the massage, I would probably have rated my experience as highly satisfied.

This bring my first massage I had nothing to compare it to. I would say if the full hour would have been used for the hour long massage I think a few areas could have been rated ‘highly satisfied’.

This is my second time booking a couple massage. The first time I had to reschedule due to not having two females when requested. This time I arrived to the appointment and a male and a female was our therapist and had asked for two women . But due to our time we had to make it work and my experience wasn’t worth my money .
