Need a more relaxing waiting area. Thought the therapist would spend some time on my lower back. Everything else mostly ok.

I was very satisfied with the massage. I tell friends about your spa.

I feel like the Birmingham AL location is not like the ones I’m use to in Central Florida. It’s an inferior experoence between the reception area the location and the ambiance.

My esthetician talked too fast and was vague about products I would need. She rushed through explaining my problem areas. There was no explanation of any kind of after care for my face after treatment.

The people at the front desk were slow and could. not multitask. It took a long time to even check out and there were two people ahead of me and two people were working. The front desk staff is clearly not trained.

All was good but more pressure could have been used

It was hard to schedule an appointment and even though my therapist was nice he did not seem experienced. I asked for specific help a muscle spasm which he never addressed. Then checking out wanting me to purchase their monthly package. My massage was a gift. All I was interested in was the services gifted.

I really love the therapist I eventually connected with… he keeps me coming back. My only complaint is the rooms are SO small. I’ve been getting massages in town for 30 years. I’ve never felt so claustrophobic.
