Hand and Stone

Compared to the Florida locations of Hand and Stone, this location is just okay.

I enjoyed the service. This was my first massage in a while almost 3 years. I was expecting something that I didn’t get but still the massage was decent. Don’t want to take anything away from the therapist. Rebooked to give it another try. I appreciated the comp. Next time will let me know.

Didn't care for Sarah's style of massage. I had her once before but asked for "any female" online. If my reservation email had told me it was Sarah, I would have switched therapists.

The massage left me sore and slightly uncomfortable the next day. I thought I was getting more of a relxation massage, but feel like a deep tissue massage was done in these areas. I did not ask for deep tissue and explained I was looking for relaxation.

Massage ended early. Had an add-on service that should have added additional time, but still the massage ended early even if I hadn’t had an additional service (massage should have been 1 hr. plus additional 10 mins for scalp massage, but services were done in under an hour)

I had a foot relief on my bill but do not think it was applied. Reception area was loud.

Both receptionists were focused on one issue/person when I arrived so I stood there unacknowledged waiting for them to finish. I thought it would have been more appropriate to have one person handling her issue. Also, another client was being very loud and annoying in the waiting room. She was at the desk yelling to her companion sitting in the chair on the other side of the room.

Salon was easy to access as it's close to my house. Friendly staff. No waiting.

I was definitely satisfied with my recent massage. Andy was knowledgeable and worked my problem areas well. Every masseur’s style is different and while this massage was relaxing and helpful, it fell slightly short of excellent. Hence my “satisfied” rating vs highly satisfied
