My son ask for a gift card for a one hour massage. He paid 69.95 assuming he had given me a card worth a one hour massage. Upon checkout I was charged $40 above my gift card. No one explained to my son that a one hr mass. Is 109.65.

The facial was nice. My purpose for scheduling the visit was for relaxation. I didn’t appreciate the sales pitch by the front desk staff and the estacision.

The massage seemed to start 5 or so minutes late, which isn't an issue for a 90 minute massage but is more of an issue for a 60 minute massage. Overall, the massage therapist did a good job. I don't recall her asking me if there was an area of emphasis but she may have obtained this from prior notes. The last couple of therapists gave me a warm towel to wipe off oil afterwards, which wasn't something I was used to at other spas but something I now appreciate. I wasn't offered a warm towel and was going to dinner afterwards and would have appreciated the ability to clean up a little. Despite these things, which I consider fairly minor concerns, I was happy with the experience and would request this therapist again.

The room by reception area is not quiet enough. Therapist took a lot of time adjusting and getting massage oil although was good

I had to wait in a hallway with all my belongings. My therapist started out by saying he's had a bad week. Unaware that I had the Houston add on and my arms were not touched throughout the massage. I've never had a massage that didn't include my arms. I don't like it when they ask how do they compare to it her places. Good or bad I wouldn't be able to tell them the truth.

I loved my facial experience with Lauren. I was disappointed with my massage. It ended 10 mins early and my massage therapist did not address my needs and really gave me a rub down on my arms and legs. I wanted back neck and shoulders.

The music had a gonging sound that kept going off and every time it did It was like an alarm going off it was not relaxing by any means I do not want that kind of music again

My appointment was late getting started, then ended short of a full hour, with the therapist saying we ran out of time to get to other problem areas.

I requested for the massage therapist to wear a mask when asked while setting the appointment online.

My only issue is that I am having to keep up with how many credits and gifts cards I have and have used. This information has been incorrect in the computer system. I would rather not have to worry about this…
