It was ok

When I booked deep tissue massage & was assigned Matt as therapist, when I asked for more pressure he said he already applied as much as he gives. Receptionist should ask the client questions to better match with the best technician fir their preference. Also my massage ended 10 minutes early. Not sure why…I can understand 5 minutes to allow time for re-dressing but 10 minutes seems unreasonable

Massage therapist talked too much which made it hard to relax. The pressure they used was too hard even after I said it’s a little too hard.

Actual massage time was less. Massage pressure was less. Nothing wow - it was just another massage!

The reception area is not very relaxing … the receptionist was very cool as in a cold attitude. This coupled with the listening to sales pitches made the environment feel ick.

I called to make an appointment for a massage. The day of my appointment I asked to have a stone massage they couldn’t do it because the stones needs to heated before arrival. I was disappointed because that’s the massage I like the most. I was upset because at the time The appointment was made she should of ask me what kind of massage I wanted.

The receptionist was not very knowledgeable about the monthly member program.

It was relaxing but not enough pressure was used and she didn’t use up the whole hour. I got there at 7:55, didn’t go back till 8 and my massage ended at 8:40.

Would have liked more overall massage, hands, feet, Legs, he only did 1 arm. Wished he did more overall massage after focusing on neck & shoulders ( as requested).
