I had a $109.95 gift certificate. The receptionists had a hard time dealing with it. Then, they were unable to give me a printed receipt with a credit due.

It was a first time experience so nothing to compare it to. Would like some house shoes or something to change into when it’s time for a massage.

Sales push after facial was annoying

The waiting area was rather loud which did not allow me to unwind prior to my massage. It was also very bright, which is a little different from most businesses that offer massages. Overall, it was ok

I had booked my appointment with Shawn and was not given a reason Shawn was not there. My therapist was fine, but I would have liked having Shawn.

My massage was only 45 minutes—too much time allowed for me to change clothes

Need more sessions to adequately feel relief from problem areas. All needs were met however, I may need to book a 90 min message next time

Cancelation within an hour of scheduled appointment.

I have gone to this hand and stone 3 times now and every single time I left SO incredibly unsatisfied. I will be sticking with Massage Envy. Their therapists are much better.

We received a complimentary foot massage and didn’t get it. I jus excepted because of the regular price. It was a nice massage I just expected more during the experience.
