I am especially pleased with the new Wake Forest location. The reception team is fantastic. They communicate well and are super friendly and helpful. The massage therapist i like to see is fantastic and feels like an incredible value for what I pay for the memebership. He reminds me when to book based on how busy his schedule is to ensure I can get a monthly appointment. The parking is easy. The space is clean and inviting. The only downside is the construction going on in the shopping center around it makes it periodically noisy and not especially restful in the rooms, but that is 100% outside of their control and should be over soon hopefully.

I am highly satisfied with my experience because I continuously book at least 2 months ahead. I have to do this because the esthetician and massage therapist that I want are very busy and the hours that I can come in are late afternoon-evening. Most of your service providers do not work during these hours making it very difficult to book an appointment.

Everyone from the receptionists to Anthony, my massage therapist was extremely professional and made me feel like I was the only one that mattered

For my birthday, my husband booked a massage for me. Like everyone else, I have a stressful life and much of it lives in my upper back and shoulders. My masseuse not targetted the extremely tight areas, but worked to really reduce the pain i was experiencing.

Front office staff very friendly and massage therapist did an excellent job.

Aesthetician, Teresa, was great. Super knowledgeable about skin issues and friendly. Skin felt great and she was very knowledgeable about the products.
