Time to book a massage is at least 2weeks. My schedule changes weekly, and it makes it very difficult to schedule massages when I need them.

I enjoy my current membership and therapist. Initially, I really enjoyed my therapist but learned he was no longer with H&S. It took me a few therapy appointments to find the right therapist and I appreciate H&S's willingness to assist me.

The location is perfect for me. The Staff, although it seems to change frequently, they have always been pleasant and helpful. This is my third massage therapist since going to this particular location. So far, my experience with her has been great.

I wish I could remember their names, but the receptionist and esthetician that did my facial were both so so so friendly! The whole experience was easy, welcoming, and a great experience. The only thing stopping me from purchasing a membership is my budget.

Kjell is an awesome massage therapist. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and I almost fell asleep during my session. She’s the best.
