The facility was clean and very pleasant. Staff was friendly and efficient. My therapist (Bliss) was amazing…friendly, knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I will request her next time.

Loved the location and pricing

I really enjoyed the experience of the massage given by Will. He was wonderful. However, I was disappointed with the cost because when I made the appointment on the phone I was told by the receptionist that my husband and I would receive the introductory rate of $69.95 per person. However, we were charged the regular rate of $119. I think if you are told one thing, that should be honored. Therefore, we were disappointed by that action. I personally think we are owed a refund of the difference.

Everything was great!!! The therapist that performed my massage was amazing. While going over my medical history I informed her that I had diabetes. Before leaving the room to allow me to undress she informed me of where the emergency button was in the event of a diabetic emergency. That’s was extremely thoughtful!

Very nice professional atmosphere. Great products, good service, very nice people. Also love that this is a veteran owned facility. Love to support veteran owned businesses and me and my husband both are veterans. Also love Saphra's facials.
