Shoulder pain eased

I was satisfied with my therapist and the front desk personnel during this last visit in May.

Getting a facial I thought that she would do more extracting of my pores. It was just lotion and cleansing the skin. Thought there would be more focus on my pores.

This is my first time visiting this type of merchant. I was expecting it to feel more spa-like than it did. I wasn't dissatisfied with anything. There were three areas where I feel neutral (not satisfied, but not dissatisfied): (1) the ambience of the room - the lights were brighter than I expected, and the room was smaller than I expected; (2) the safety piece - the receptionist said that the massage therapist would show me a button under the table that I could press if I felt uncomfortable at any time. The massage therapist did not show me that button. I never felt uncomfortable, but I was expecting to be alerted to that feature; (3) the products - I didn't ask any questions about them. I had no problem with them, but I'm not sure what they were or what purpose they served.

Extra charge for everything, a lady checking in right beside me had a $20 up charge she was not aware of, same thing with me. I don't like being sold a product and then being told there will be an extra $20. Just set a fee and then stick with it.

Overall, the massage was fine pressure was a little tender and areas and that night I had a muscle spasm and one of the areas and the next day my arm was sore. I did share that some areas were a bit painful. I have very painful trigger points, so probably the challenge.

Personal preference of a warmer room and lower lighting levels

Dawn was very kind and listened to me. She had good suggestions on how to alleviate pain and prevent it in the future.

Honestly, too many emails. I did not expect to receive daily emails listing all the times people were available available. I also got a text asking me to confirm, and email asking me to confirm and a phone call. Too much.
