Experience was fine just nothing that made me go wow. Front desk employee, Cindy, was very nice!!! She also booked our massages.

I had a good experience other than having to go much too long after getting underdressed and onto the massage table for the therapist to come in and begin the massage. I couldn’t see the clock, but I estimated about 7-8 minutes I laid there waiting for her to return.

The massage therapist did not meet me outside of the massage room after the massage to walk me out

After seeing no appts open online, I called repeatedly earlier in the year to book the appt but the phone was not answered multiple times. I tried one more time and successfully got through last week.

I enjoyed my massage. I felt like both sides of my body did not get equal attention. I like to feel balanced.

I was satisfied with the visit but there target areas I asked the therapist to cover I had to ask for again and it was address for 2 mins. The massage started off good but midway through/towards the end the pressure wasn’t there and it felt lackluster. It was a 60 minute massage and I went in the room at 4:10ish and look at the clock and he finished at 4:55, so this was a little disappointing. I think the 60 minutes should only count timings performing therapy treatment. He was very nice but wasn’t a standout massage treatment I’ve experienced.

Each time I become accustomed to an esthetician she leaves ! Also I would like to be offered a sample of a product.

Did not notice significant difference following treatment; did not feel that treatment was worth the cost Preferred esthetician no longer available

If I could have gotten the shoulder massage I saw online during a facial this visit would Have been perfection
