Therapist was absolutely wonderful. Would not have joined monthly if not for her. My experience in the waiting room was the issue … one lady talking on her phone and another talking loudly to both another guest and over to the receptionist. That part should have been a relaxing experience and it definitely was not.

Started at 9:10 & was over at 9:50. I think that’s expensive for 40 mins. I thought I would be looked at under a magnifying mirror to see if they’re were spots or blemishes that would need addressing & I had mentioned a place on my forehead but wasn’t or if I was it didn’t feel like it & was not mentioned.

It's just hard to schedule. Online scheduling does not work correctly so I have to receive a call to confirm or reschedule the type of appointment I really wanted. The invoices are also confusing.

Too hard to get a timely appointment. Originally wanted massage but NO availability until late June. Ridiculous

I had canceled my membership back in the fall and was asked if I wanted to put it on hold for six months to maintain the same rates. I was told that if I continued with the service I would be notified when it re-established but I was not and didn’t realize until I had been billed for several months. When I tried to cancel, I was told that they could only refund one months worth of services, and I would have to use the other as a credit, which I could not apply to products. I booked an appointment that was prior to the expiration date of my credit but then became ill. I called in to explain that I had developed a fever overnight and was sick and needed to reschedule. I was told at that time that I could not reschedule and that I would lose my credit. I then said I would come in sick because I was not prepared to give away $60-$70. Right before the scheduled appointment I received a call and text messages indicating that they would honor an extension so that I did not come in and infect anyone, which is what I had attempted to avoid initially.

I have had many massages. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would rate my massage an 8. I was so very worn out that Anthony professionally made me relax. Somethings I was thinking would be done weren’t but it provided what I needed that day.

The therapist stated the wrong name. The receptionist upon check out told me i would not be charged if i got membership but was then charged. The receptionist did not put my gratuity through after initially asking and called me over an hour later to ask again

I prefer a woman therapist but due to scant availability I had to have a male

My aesthetician today was not as good as in the past appointments. she may have been less experienced but I feel she will be good with more repetitions.
