Hand and Stone

Overall I was satisfied with the service given. I do find that the appointment choices a pretty small. I originally wanted a massage but had to book out 3 weeks.

I felt my therapist was too conservative with his massage technique.

I don’t remember my esthetician’s name but she wasn’t familiar with tretinoin or tazarotene. So she could not answer questions I had about use.

It was an adequate massage. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad. It was adequate.

I don't think my massage therapist used the hot stones correctly on me. She was very rough with them, and they were too hot to the touch, and it was not very relaxing. I probably will not get another hot stone massage after that experience.

Facial didn't seem to be super special - just a great cleaning. I even added on microderm. I was brought into my appointment 5 minutes past the start of my appointment time. Then we had time to address the skin issues, and to prep, so I am not sure how that affected my appointment time, but ended 5 min before the hour (I assume this was planned so ending 5 min before the hour did not bother me.). All in, the facial felt cut short.

I feel as though I did not get the full 50 mins and I was there 10 mins prior to my appt. Not to take anything away from the massage but I did not start right at 2pm but was done before 3pm

I was unable to get all of my services due to aesthetician being out. The therapist seems overwhelmed when I requested deep tissue massage

Checked in early. At 6:01 said to the 3 receptionists at desk “does Endia know I’m here”? One got up to go to back area - then I was taken back for my appmt. I wondered if they told her

Facial did not ask me to upgrade. Found out after checking out that I was provided an upgraded service without obtaining my approval first. My face also still has products stuck that had not been wiped off fully from the mask. My hair line was also coated in mask.
