my original appointment was canceled last minute due to my therapist calling out sick, and then she left the company, and it there weren't any 60 min massages left so I had to wait awhile to get my appt moved to a new female therapist. I also really enjoy when my therapist gives me feedback and knowledge on knots and tension she found and how my body is responding after the massage is completed, so I would love to get feedback in the future and I'll let her know the next time I work with this person.

I pointed out my shoulders as a a problem area in which I wanted focus… shoulders were barely touched.

I like the massage therapists massage that he gives but up until this last massage, he has tried to sell me something each time. My experience at other H&S has not been this way.

Lots of ‘add’ on costs for members and there was a misunderstanding about my intent to come every other month for a couples massage. Apparently credits don’t transfer!

Too pricey. Don’t do the full 90 mins. Don’t offer enough product selection.

The experience was fine Just feel no one or business is perfect.

Loved the esthetician. She’s nice and knowledgeable. I think it could have gone longer to a full hour. Would have appreciated more of the massage time.

I originally booked a massage, then no one was available to do it at the booked time. A facial time available so I took it. Then was offered a complimentary facial at a certain time. Then time was changed again and esthetician changed to one I used previously. Got crazy confusing.
