I was satisfied with the services. This was my first time trying hot stones & the therapist Amanda. I would have liked a little firmer massage but will address it next time. Amanda was friendly and very professional.

I wish I had known to arrive early to finish paperwork. Also the consultation with the massage therapist was nice but I didn’t realize that I would cut into my actual massage time. Some of this is my fault but I also wish it was clearly explained when making the appt.

The masseuse was new, it was her 1st week and was nervous. She just needs to have more clients to work with to make herself feel better. My recommendation is to have the trainer get a massage by her to giver her direct feedback or be in the room when she is doing another client. The sheets and blanket was difficult for her to adjust when she went to different parts of the body. She seems very pleasant and wants to take care of the client but she needs more practice.

The website tends to be a little finicky. Finding appointment times to fit my schedule was a little difficult. I need to book before I leave my appointment.

I am very satisfied with H & S. I like the location near my home, very convenient! I also like the receptionists--very friendly. The therapists always do a great job....my only dissatisfaction would be a massage that is less than 60 minutes. I would love it if it were actually 60 min. Also, I'm supposed to get a special monthly rate because I'm with Allen Tate but I don't have that rate. Not sure why. I was told I get free upgrades in lieu of the special rate but I don't get that either. It would be nice to sort this out.

I felt the therapist took too much time in-between getting the hot stones.

I needed a doctor's note but was not told the day of my appointment and had to reschedule. Was very disappointed it was handled better.

The overall experience was great! Endia was amazing. I did not appreciate that there were several add on services that were very costly without being told of the additional pricing. This is not customer service.

Based on the price you are paying for a 50 minute massage, you should receive 50 minutes and not 40. If additional steps need to be taken for Covid, the paying customer shouldn't have to reduce what they receive unless the cost is also going to be reduced. $110+tip is a lot for 40 minutes.

Massage was great but did not feel like muscles were worked out well enough in other areas beyond the concentration area. I think I need to schedule a longer massage time.
