The aesthetics of the suite, it is clean , light and airy. I like to work with my aesthetician.

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I booked the hot stone massage which I’ve never had before. Felt very relaxed and comfortable during my visit.

H&S in both my town and Clearwater cooordinated perfectly to unfreeze my membership and my points. Not only did I get a great massage with points, my masseuse, Randy, was phenomenal!!!!

Justin is awesome. He was very attentive to what I said prior to the start of the massage. I left feeling very good and relaxed.

All was nice… my facial was scheduled for 4, she called me at 4:10 talk for few min then stared the facial. Then it ended at 5:50 not even 50min and is sold as one hr. However, this was my first time. Will give another chance.
