I am always pleased with the reception, and massage therapists. The only negative I have is the recent price increase in addition to just having a price increase due to COVID 19. I understand to a certain extent but I truly wish companies would understand that they pass increases on to their consumers whom most of us aren't getting increases in our income. We just have to eat all the costs that are passed on to us. In addition, I was surprised to learn that the new members coming on are getting the same pricing as members who have remained loyal through every price increase. It just doesn't seem right to me but of course that's just my opinion.

They discuss the options I have regarding the points I’ve accumulated. I’ve used other facilities and they never did. I’ve never had a bad experience and always feel wonderful after.

The spa was very clean and smelled fresh. The receptionist were very friendly. The massage therapist Justin was very skilled and probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time.

My therapist Cassandra is so knowledgeable. Great personality. I feel so relaxed and less stress leaving my massage. The front desk staff is awesome! Very friendly

I love dj the massage therapist if it wasn't for her I would leave. Every single time I have issues and it seems to be with the receptionists. This time I booked two massages for me and a friend as a surprise early in the am, they called me the night before five mins closing and said both females weren't available only had a male or bad to reschedule, I didn't know my friends comfortability so I had to ruin the surprise and ask her. And I couldn't reschedule as we're both on tight schedules. Then they said well we are closing in five mins so let us know.' It's always something with the Clearwater location.

DJ was absolutely amazing! She listened to me and did her miracle work! I truly have never had someone get the knots out the way she did!
