Hand and Stone

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for 8+ years. I was very satisfied with the Clearwater FL H& S location. There was an issue with "my" location (Annapolis MD) canceling my membership and not allowing for the 90 day period to use remaining massage/facial appt. The receptionist in Clearwater went out of her way to correct the situation and assist me. Additionally the massage therapist Luis, was one of the best I have ever had. If i were to make any suggestions it would be to have a better system in place to use 2 packages at 1 time. I prefer a longer massage but for 2 packages (100 minutes) it is only possible to get an 80 minute massage. I maintained my membership throughout the Pandemic which then left me with 20+ unused packages. Hence for each 80 minute session (2 packages) I lost 20 minutes of massage/client time. Otherwise, I feel that over=all H & S provides a very professional, relaxing spa experience. I appreciate your time & consideration.

First Time at the location. Absolutely beautiful. amazing staff and therapist cassandra. Signed up right away so i can continue improving my health. Amazing specials for the month of June. Thoroughly enjoyed the scalp massage with Lavander. Cannot wait to come back for hot stone.

I'm always thrilled with DJ, my therapist. However, this particular time, my massage did not start until 5:15, as she was a little behind. You would think I'd still get my 50 minutes. But I did not, my massage ended at 5:56. I'm not gonna argue about 5 minutes. But if a previous client held her up, I should be respected to receive the amount of time I pay for.

Location was good. Good ambient and the atmosphere was good. The Thera was good an helpful
