My therapists have always listened well, and took care of the areas I mentioned in a excellent way. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I really liked the ambiance and how I was treated when I arrived and throughout the entire experience. It was my first facial ever and my esthetician was amazing. I fell asleep because of how relaxed I was! I loved my result and I signed up for a membership. I plan on coming back once a month.

YOU ADVERTISE 1 HOUR MASSAGES, HOWEVER BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I HAD 50 MINUTE MASSAGES!

I chose to add the hot stone massage, but it was not done. I was not charged, but it was apparently not seen in the appointment info.

At the Clearwater location, therapist started late, and finished before the hour. I felt like the therapist rushed through the motions at the Clearwater location.

It was a sufficient and enjoyable experience.

I love coming to Hand and Stone. The one treatment left some marks on My nose. I think too much pressure was used with the instrument.

It was a nice experience. We were late to our appointment because of traffic exiting Phillies game. It was a brief appointment cut short because of traffic- so, short but nice.

I thought the services were 1 hour. It said to arrive early so not to take away time. My daughter and I did but my massage started at 4:10 and ended at 4:48 so less than 40 min. My daughters facial was even shorter
