My therapist was a great guy, very knowledgeable. I just happen to like a deeper massage. But he was so kind, it made up for it. It was overall relaxing and I enjoyed it.

I was satisfied . Everything went well. No complaints.

Therapist engaged in more time stretching that I would have liked

I thought the fee was 69.00 but I ended up paying 89.00 plus tip. I def can't afford that very often. It was nice though and don't regret the experience.

The therapist was very nice, no issues with her at all. I asked for light pressure to start with since I’d never had her before and wasn’t familiar with her technique. Ended up being way too light. I mentioned that I wanted my neck and shoulders specifically focused on, that those muscles were tight, but she didn’t spend much time on those areas. She had a routine massage that she did and she stuck to it. My neck was pretty uncomfortable while facing down, almost felt hyperextended but that was my fault for not speaking up. It’s still sore now, I believe from being in that position. I used a gift card so it was a nice gift but I will most likely not go back. I’m not being critical about the business, it’s just not my thing, and I didn’t speak up like I should have. I wasn’t allowed to personally give the therapist my tip, which I didn’t like either.

My therapist had only 3 months of experience but I was charged a premium price.

Booked massage and facial online. I called a couple days later to move both appointments. The rep said both services were moved and I would keep the same people for both appointments. When I showed up The massage was moved and the facial canceled. I had to make a new appointment for the facial on a different day.
