Taco John's

The women working the drive thru didn't really know what the other was doing. I got my drink, then the other person tried to give me someone else's, then I got the wrong food & gave it back and while I was waiting for mine the other person came back and asked me what I was waiting for.

it was really expensive and the food was cold

I felt the nachos supreme was more spicy this time around so it wasn't that great.

I sat in the drive through for quite awhile and when no one came to take my order i began ordering several more minutes went by and finally after saying hello someone took my order. Once i received my food the potato oles were very overcooked to the point that it was almost difficult to eat.

Quick service

I have tried to give Taco John's a fair shake. It is not working. My food is cold and not delicious. My brewed tea today tasted like it had been siting in the pot for DAYS. I tossed it as soon as I got home. Bitter tea, cold tots, and my quesadilla mad my stomach upset 30 minutes after I got home makes me cross Taco John's off my list forever.

The manager did nothing but bark orders and it took more then 45 mins to get our food which I would expect the manager to at least stop over and apologize for taking so long however he didn't nor did he even acknowledge we existed. Rude Rude Rude

Cold food, slow service. The last time we went to TJ, it was the same. Said we'd give it another try. Last time. There are so many great Mexican places in midtown that deserve my business before TJ.
