Chipotle

The food was not nearly as good as Qdoba.

Our lunch Was not very good at all! They did not want to fill the burrito bowls very full. Asked for a little more rice and beans and server was nice but just grabbed a little . Bowls were not very full at all. To top that off we had chicken bowls and the chicken was had a burnt taste to it not a grilled taste. That is the second time I was at that chipotle and will not go back!!!

A healthy fast food alternative

Lately the service at the Richmond Rd chipotle has been going downhill. Last time I was there I ordered three barbocoa soft tacos with cheese and lettuce. I may as well have ordered a cheese and lettuce taco. They put barely any meat on them. I go to chipotle all the time. And it definitely wasn't the norm. Then they were training someone new so it took longer than normal, which was fine. But as she was training him she talked about how customers complain all the time. This has been my fourth bad experience in a row there and I won't be going back. I may try the one at the Fayette mall, but if I have the same problems there I won't be going anymore.

I drove across town to have a barbacoa burrito. They gave me a tiny bit of barbacoa and then he told me they were out so I had to pick another half a portion of meat. I don't like mixing meats. It's a weird thing of mine. But because I felt bad for making him remake it I asked for chicken. Then we continued on and he asked me which salsa. I said a tiny bit of pico. He repeated back, tiny amount of pico as he put down a full spoonful of pico. I may as well have asked for a tomato burrito. Then I was charged full price. Which was unexpected because whenever they have been out of barbacoa in the past they give it to me for free. So disappointing.
