Rude people

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. They were understaffed and not interested in the customers. I waited for 45 minuets for food and then they ignored me as they made it. Two of the staff members were preoccupied with phone orders instead of the people in front of them or the line wrapped around the restaurant. Next time I will go to a different Chipotle.

Food was good but they forgot my chips and guac, I guess I better check my online order before I leave next time.

This was the first time visit to Chiptole in Brooklyn, OH. Worst service ever. The workers had such a bad attitude. I would ask a question and the girl would just ignore me. She scraped the bottom of the container with the chicken and gave me a very small portion. When the new chicken came out I asked the other girl if she can put a little more chicken on the tacos and she told me she would have to charge me extra. There was barely any chicken on the soft shells. The chips were very stale and very salty. I am never going back to the Brooklyn location ever again.
