Margaret was very friendly when we entered store I'm a wheelchair user and helped us to navigate the store. She wasn't pushy with selling the bed allowed me to decide in my own time A bing thank you to Margaret !!

Me and my partner came to Dreams due to recommendations from family members to purchase our dream mattress. We were warmly greeted by your employee Margret who was friendly and approachable. She asked us right away if we needed any assistance, we had been unable to agree on a mattress due to my partner preferring soft foam and me a firmer mattress due to back pain. We were shown straight to the sleep match machine which was a one of a kind experience, like nothing we had seen before. We were given several choices of mattress not thinking we would be able to agree due to our opposing requirements for sleep. However due to Margret’s fantastic expertise she surpassed our expectations and found us the perfect mattress. She was informative and attentive to our every need, we were treated with the upmost care and offered water. Margret was so helpful she made the experience special for us. Due to the purchase being over our original budget Margret offered us the finance option which we accepted. We will definitely be purchasing from your Paisley branch again as Margret is a credit to your company.

The help and guidance from shop assistant was second to none suffering from anxiety I found this visit so easy and stress free thanks to the shop assistant and all his help couldn't thank him anymore
