She was very helpful in ascertaining exactly what we were looking for and showed us the options available. At no time did she put any "hard sell" pressure on us and she focused on our needs ensuring that we made the right choice for us. She also offered us refreshments which was a nice thing to do. She explained everything along the way as the sale was being processed and she double-checked all the details with us, to ensure that everything was correct. All in all it was a pleasant experience. "
