Very professional manner, didn’t feel pushed into making decision.

The sales assistant had knowledge of our previous dreams mattress (despite being bought 9 years ago) and was able to recommend similar mattresses to meet our needs

Paula the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products with out being pushy. Felt very happy with help given.

Needed my research on requirements taken to the next stage.Paula the sales assistant was immediately tuned in to our needs. She was kind,pleasant and her product knowledge was excellent.

Staff friendly and approachable. Good product knowledge and information given clearly and concisely. Not pushy and allowed me time to meander and think. Nice atmosphere in the store. Overheard staff dealing with another customer who was worried about a product they had recently had delivered and was impressed with how this was handled.

We were greeted by Francis on arrival he explained the products to us and left us to discuss on our own time. We also went to the bed store next door to compare products and prices. All staff very nice and friendly but not overly pushy about getting the deal completed which was nice.

On being approached by your sales person and telling her we were just looking ,she left us in peace. After a while upstairs she caught up with us and offered her advice on a question about the bed we were considering. Her knowledge of the beds were excellent, showing us a couple that were of interest. The bed was for our grand daughter who then became the main person of interest and was taken to two beds which were suitable. One was chosen and then the mattress was decided on using the machine that gives best type of mattress to purchase….which we did. Plus all covers, pillows etc were discussed and sale completed very friendly and professionally.

Margaret was kind and empathetic to my my story. Kowledgeable about the mattresses. I was guided through the choices and did not feel rushed into buying.
